CHAPARRAL PINES FIREWISE DAYS
Rules & Regulations:
Only owner created debris will be removed. Absolutely no contractor created piles will be removed as part of Firewise Days.
Only firewise debris will be removed. This is dead and down and pine needles/pine cones. Household items, plants, large trees (freshly cut), etc. will not be allowed in the piles and will not be picked up.
Only 10 LAWN AND LEAF 30 GALLON PAPER BAGS will be allowed per property. Bags must be picked up at the HOA and will be the only bags allowed. No black bags or green bags will be picked up at all.
Only A SINGLE PILE measuring 4’ x 8’ x 25’ will be picked up. This will be one time. Any additional piles will not be picked up.
Piles can only be put out during the time period of your phase. Any debris placed before the dates or after will not be picked up.
If you are planning on putting out any debris, you must sign up.
BAGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT THE ASSOCIATION OFFICE LOCATED 620 E. HIGHWAY 260, SUITE A - NEXT DOOR TO FARGO’S STEAKHOUSE
