About Us
Chaparral Pines is a residential community and private golf club that spans 860 acres in Payson, Arizona. Located in the picturesque Mogollon Rim area, our community is surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa Pine forests and stunning mountain views.
Our par-72 golf course, designed by David Graham and Gary Panks, features a challenging layout that includes rocky outcroppings and lovely water features.
We offer a range of property types, from affordable home sites to custom-designed homes, all crafted to complement the natural beauty of the environment.
The mission of the Chaparral Pines Community Association is to provide a safe and secure environment; follow sound financial practices, and promote a community that all members can share in with pride.
